"more precious than much pure gold" (Psalm 19:10)

The Psalmist says, in effect, better to have a Bible than to win the National Lottery.
Better to be a Bible student than a multi-millionare.

In the Coronation service, the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland presents the monarch with a Bible and calls it “the most valuable thing that this world affords”
Isn’t that striking?
The Bible is more precious than crown, and orb, sceptre, fine robes, and all the pomp and glory of the coronation – more precious than a whole kingdom, even.
