"Will we see John Wesley in heaven?"

John Wesley and George Whitefild disagreed about God’s sovereignty and so on.

The story is told:

One of Whitfield's supporters asked him whether we would see Wesley in heaven.

Whitefield replied, “No, no, we won’t see him there.”

“I thought so!”, exclaimed his questioner.

Whitfield explained, “We won’t see Wesley in heaven. He will be far nearer the Throne of God than we are. We won’t see him.”
