Richard Woodman

God Willing, we will be remembering Richard Woodman of Warbleton, who was martyred at Lewes in 1557, at Warbleton Parish Church at 11am on Sunday 26th June 2011 including a "traditional" Communion service.

These days one is no longer likely to be executed for admonishing the Rector, but it is still best to do so with care!

Jonah

On camp this year we're going to have 4 dorm group Bible studies on the book of Jonah. One of our leaders came up with the following headings (from her own brain or from elsewhere, I know not):

Chapter 1 - Run away Jonah / All seeing God

Chapter 2 - Really sorry Jonah / All forgiving God

Chapter 3 - Get it right Jonah / All angry God

Chapter 4 - Really raging Jonah / All loving God

I rather liked them.
